Smokey Mountain Barndominiums was founded by Smokies natives who saw the cabin market explode — and realized barndos could deliver more home, more durability, and far better rental returns than the average log cabin.
Every plan we offer is engineered for double duty: live in it now, or rent it on Airbnb and watch the income roll in. We've helped owners turn their Smokey land into self-paying rental investments.
